چکیده
Mycelium-bound composites are new environmentally friendly, cost-effective and sustainable materials, enable energy-saving bio-composite fabrication, provide an alternative to synthetic materials. Current research on mycelium-based reports relatively coarse material compositions such as rice husks, cotton residues, sawdust, leaves bio-waste, etc. According research, very few publications report mycelium-reinforced with the use of nanomaterials this topic is under-researched study helps fill gap. The focus deals preparation nanocomposites including nanofiber mats investigation different mat morphologies growth fungal mycelium. mycelium macrofibers from Pleurotus ostreatus fungi were grown polyacrylonitrile (PAN) mats. Different fibrous non-fibrous membrane areas or a mixture both used for mycelial additional nutrient. Moreover, mycelium/PAN oxidative stabilized carbonized retains its morphology. For faster color differentiation between nanofibers, PAN dyed in one-step process by adding dye powder electrospinning solution tool. No significant differences morphology observed regarding types dye. These promising many applications medicine biotechnology, air water purification filtration, vertical farming, architecture, etc., fabrication.

accelerated aerial mycelium formation in various actinomycete species, including S. alboniger. This induction was completely inhibited by ethylene glycol bis(/?-aminoethylether)-JV,N,N ',N '-tetraacetic acid (EGTA), a Ca2+-specific chelating agent. Ca2+ thus has been shown to play a role in aerial mycelium formation of 21 (58%) out of 36 strains of actinomycetes tested3). Ca2+ is known as a sec...

متن کاملThe Mycelium as a Network.
The characteristic growth pattern of fungal mycelia as an interconnected network has a major impact on how cellular events operating on a micron scale affect colony behavior at an ecological scale. Network structure is intimately linked to flows of resources across the network that in turn modify the network architecture itself. This complex interplay shapes the incredibly plastic behavior of f...
